Our Mission

Our mission at Precision Motor Coach is to bring to you the highest level of skill, training, and technology in equipment achievable, while providing a full range of maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of vehicles.

We do this through frequent upgrades in tools and equipment. We continually upgrade our skills and knowledge through constant training at our various schools several times per year.

The Team

Alan Desrosiers - Owner

Owner / operator of Precision Motor Coach. Alan opened his business after 25+ years of working at various dealerships as an apprentice, a line tech, lead tech and as shop foreman for 8+ years at Acura of Avon. Alan has been trained by 7 auto manufacturers: Acura / Honda, Nissan, GM, Porsche, Audi, VW, and Rolls Royce. He has held an ASE Master Tech Certification for 25+ years, as well as Master Tech status for Acura, Senior Tech status for Nissan and ASE-LI Advanced Engine Performance Certification. Alan is a certified state of CT Emissions Repairer and emissions inspector. He is a certified instructor for training of CT Emissions Repairers..

Steve Peloquin - Customer Service Representative

Joined Precision Motor Coach May 2005 with an extensive background in customer service. Over the past 25+ years Steve has plied his expertise as a department manager for a major department store and as client coordinator and manager for both BNE and AMF, two major players in the bowling industry. Steve will be one of the faces you will encounter here at Precision Motor Coach, with his pleasant and friendly demeanor and extensive customer service experience and skills he will make you feel at ease as he guides you through the sometimes complex maze that makes maintaining and repairing your vehicle can be.

Chris MacDonald - Line Technician

A graduate of Baran Institute, Chris became a team member in 2008 as a CT emissions inspector and ASE Certified Technician. His passion for motor vehicles and quick aptitude has served him well, moving from an apprenticeship to the line tech for Precision Motor Coach. He continues to grow and hone his skills on diagnostics working alongside Alan. He has successfully completed additional training on the following: BMW engine management, GM engine performance, Toyota / Lexus engine performance and gasoline electric hybrid drive systems, and Ford Powerstoke Diesel. In 2010, Chris passed his last set of tests to achieve his ASE Master Certification. Together Alan and Chris will have your vehicle in the best of mobile health possible.

Paul Messenger - Customer Service Representative

Paul joined Precision Motor Coach in April 2010, with an extensive background in customer service and customer relations. Paul has plied his expertise within the automotive industry for 25+ years as a service advisor and manager for both independent repair centers and dealer service departments. Paul will be one of the faces you will encounter at Precision Motor Coach. With his knowledge and years of service in both the automotive and customer service fields he will be able to easily guide through the ever increasing complexity of repairs and maintenance for your vehicle(s).
